The voting is done to approve the new stadium
In what could prove to be a historic move, voters have agreed for the San Francisco 49 Tea to have a stadium in the Bay Area City. This was announced by the spokespeople on Wednesday. This election has been watched by NFL American Football experts because it provides clues about how the events will be hosted in the future. The project is expected to cost up to nine hundred and thirty seven million dollars. It is anticipated that the stadium will actually be opened in 2014. It is quite clear that this is one of the proudest achievements for the team and they will try to imprint their personalities on the different aspects of the building and construction project.
The specific financial arrangements have not yet been finalized but there are some limited leaks that point towards the direction where they will be looking to make an impact. For example The 49 team will have to arrange some financing in the form of eight hundred and twenty three million dollars. The city itself would be responsible for seventy nine million dollars worth of funding. The other thirty five million would come from the taxation levels on the nearby facilities. This will be an entirely voluntary arrangement from the people that are benefitting from the improvements in the general location of their infrastructures.
All in all the NFL American Football will benefit from a great stadium where the general public can enjoy the game and look forward to the change in the way that the game is presented. It will also be a flagship that can be used to advertise the game to a wider audience. There is nothing to be lost by providing a great stadium that can bring the NFL American Football fans together to watch the games on the different occasions when they are advertised. This will be the key to managing the demand for the sport and the increase in the size of the visitor numbers that they are getting on a regular basis especially when they are playing finals.
